As cruise lines start to sail again, Regent Seven Seas Cruises is readying the World’s Most Luxurious Fleet for a return to the seas.

Having already announced the return of Seven Seas Splendor for September 2021, Regent Seven Seas Cruises has confirmed its plan for the rest of The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet, to start sailing again. This will see all five of the cruise line’s ships back exploring the oceans by February 2022.

The cruise line intends to stick to its existing itineraries beginning with Seven Seas Explorer on set to sail on 16 October 2021, from Venice, Italy, as the ship takes over five of Seven Seas Mariner’s published cruises, with Mariner going into a technical dry-dock. Seven Seas Mariner will resume sailing 18 December 2021, from Miami, Florida.  Seven Seas Navigator will also resume sailings from Miami on  6 January 2022. Finally, Seven Seas Voyager will return on 15 February 2022 from Barcelona, Spain.

As well as the return of published itineraries, Regent Seven Seas has also announced a number of new sailings in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean for the 2022 season and beyond. 17 new sailings in Europe and the Caribbean have been created for Seven Seas Explorer and Seven Seas Voyager and are scheduled to go on sale in early June 2021.

Seven Seas Splendor is also set to embark on its inaugural season on 11 September 2021 from Southampton.

Speaking about Regent Seven Seas return to sailing, Jason Montague, president and chief executive officer of the cruise line says:”We thought carefully about how, when, and where reuniting the entire Regent family would enable us to consistently deliver an unrivalled experience with every luxury included, as well as provide exceptional destination explorations.

We are incredibly excited that all five of our ships will be back on the ocean by early 2022, the year of our 30thanniversary. The World’s Most Luxurious Fleet is ready to return, and our crew will be there eagerly waiting to welcome all our guests back onboard once again.”

In the interim, the cruise line has cancelled all sailings up to each ships’ respective restart date, in accordance with travel guidelines and restrictions. Guests with impacted bookings will be contacted directly or via their travel advisor.

“We truly sympathise with those guests who have had their much anticipated and deserved cruise experience cancelled,” continued Montague. “We do hope however that travellers impacted by these changes can find a new reason to sail with us on our newly created cruises in the Caribbean and Mediterranean.”
